14-Day Return Policy

Request a return within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused Radiant Reds in its original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible. Terms apply. The full terms are below.

Eligibility

• This policy applies to Radiant Reds orders that meet the conditions below.
• Request your return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
• The product must be unopened, unused, full, and in its original packaging.
• Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for a return under this policy.
• Return the original pouch or container.
• Have your order number or proof of purchase ready.
• We may ask for a photo before issuing a return authorization.
• Free gifts, promotional items, and sample products are not eligible.
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers are not eligible.

Return shipping and refunds

• You are responsible for return shipping unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Your refund is issued to your original payment method after we receive the returned product and confirm it is eligible.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel future subscription shipments before your next order processes.
• If your Radiant Reds subscription includes complimentary Ritual app access, that access is tied to an active qualifying subscription and may end if the subscription is canceled or refunded.

Ritual app purchases are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders

How to request a return

Email us at support@nourewellness.com with your order number and, if we ask, a photo of the product. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before we confirm eligibility.
