At NOURÉ, your wellness journey matters to us. We stand behind the quality of every product we create and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Please review our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.


Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your NOURÉ product, we are here to help.

What Qualifies

  • Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned for a full refund.

  • Opened products that have been used for at least 14 days (to allow your body time to experience the benefits) may be eligible for a one-time refund or exchange. We simply ask that at least 50% of the product remains.

  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost. Simply contact us with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

What Does Not Qualify

  • Products returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items that are nearly empty (less than 50% remaining) without a damaged or defective product claim.

  • Free gifts, promotional items, or sample products.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.


How to Request a Return

We have made the process simple. Email us at hello@nourewellness.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo of the product (if opened). Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your return instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Subscriptions

If you are on a NOURÉ subscription, you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next billing date by emailing us or through your account dashboard. Already-shipped subscription orders follow the same 30-day return policy outlined above.

We encourage you to give your ritual at least 30 days. True nourishment from within takes time, and many of our customers notice the most meaningful results between weeks 3 and 6 of consistent daily use.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us and we will gladly assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
