Shipping Policy
We want your NOURÉ ritual to reach you as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, where we ship, and what to expect once your order is on its way.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During promotional periods or product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
International Shipping
At this time, NOURÉ ships within the United States only. We are working to bring our products to more destinations and will update this page as international shipping becomes available.
If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please reach out to us at support@nourewellness.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely. The carrier for your shipment will be determined based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping notification, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in a NOURÉ subscription, your orders will ship automatically according to the frequency you selected. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each recurring order. If you need to update your shipping address, please do so through your account dashboard before your next billing date.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. NOURÉ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier. If your package cannot be located, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. NOURÉ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but may offer a one-time courtesy reshipment at our discretion.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited and overnight shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holiday periods and major sales events, both processing and carrier delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Any anticipated delays will be communicated on our website and through order confirmation emails.
