Cancellation policy
Some of the products in our collection may be available as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy option. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases with ease.
Subscriptions
When you choose a NOURÉ subscription, you'll receive your wellness ritual delivered on a recurring basis according to the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their cycle. If you'd prefer not to continue, you're welcome to cancel at any time—no questions asked.
To cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription, simply visit your account dashboard or follow the link in your order confirmation email. You are always in control of your wellness journey.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a product that is coming soon or temporarily out of stock. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining balance once your order is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you are welcome to request a return or refund in accordance with our returns policy.
Try before you buy
When you select a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You'll have a set amount of time to experience the product and decide if it's right for you. If you choose to keep it, your payment method will be charged. If it's not the right fit, simply follow the return instructions provided and you won't be charged.
